It’s super smooth and satisfying…just without the refined white sugar, artificial flavouring, artificial food colouring, thickeners and other nasties. This is the perfect ice cream to indulge in before, during and after Valentine’s Day. Or any day. Because it’s that good.
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of cream or yoghurt or cream cheese
Simply put all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender, such as nutribullet and blend until smooth.
Swap raspberries with your favourite frozen fruit. The addition of egg white assists in lightening and aerating the icecream, but its not essential. So if you cant eat eggs, don’t worry as its equally delicious without it.
