Banana, peanut butter, chocolate bread (gluten free)

Could this be the most decadent banana bread ever? Quite possibly! This bread is delicious but comes with a “dense” warning. If you like your breads light and fluffy then this certainly wont do. But if you like full bodied, rich, most and dense then this is the one for you.

2 cups almond flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
½ cup smooth peanut butter (or almond butter)
3 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
⅓ cup milk, full fat
¼ olive oil or butter, melted
½ cup dark chocolate chopped

Instructions
1.pre-heat the oven to 180 deg. Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper
2.in a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda and salt
3.using a blender or food processor, pulse together bananas, peanut butter, honey, eggs, milk and oil or butter until creamy.
4.pour wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and using a rubber spatula, gently mix to combine. Do not over mix.
5.fold in dark chocolate into the batter
6.pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and top it with additional dark chocolate chunks if desired
7.bake until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, approximately 45-50 minutes
8.set pan on a wire rack to cool
