Flour free fudgy chocolate banana muffins

Fudgy, gooey and gorgeous – these muffins are made without flour or cane sugar and would be awesome for a healthy afternoon snack or breaky on the run.

Ingredients
  1. 1 medium ripe banana
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  4. 1/4 cup oats
  5. 1/4 cup honey
  6. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. chocolate chips, for sprinkling on top
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 6 muffin wells with paper liners.
  2. Add the banana, egg, peanut butter, oats, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin and sprinkle the tops with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
  5. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
