This is a very quick dairy free smoothie!
Ingredients for one
handful of raw nuts – I like almonds or cashews
about 1 cup of water
Blend this until it resembles milk. At this point you can strain which is my preference it just keep it the way it is.
For chocolate, orange smoothie add a good teaspoon of cocoa and a little organge zest.
For strawberry smoothie, add a good bunch of strawberries, and blend again.
