1 whole good quality Camembert cheese
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red wine
1 tsp brown sugar salt and pepper
1 tsp very finely chopped rosemary
1. Remove the cheese from the package, make some stripes on top and wrap it in baking paper. Bake it in hot oven for 10 minutes over medium to high heat.
2. Whilst the camembert is in the oven, add the onion to a pan with a little oil and fry. Add a little salt and pepper.
2. When the onion starts to brown, add the soy sauce, the wine and the brown sugar and rosemary. Allow to simmer until sauce darkens and thickens slightly. Set aside.
3. Remove the cheese and pour over the luscious sauce. Serve slathered over fresh crusty grain baguette and a glass (or two) of red wine!
