Pink Berry Smoothie

pink smoothieOne of the best things about coming home after being on holidays is returning to routine. My ritual is a morning smoothie. I prefer pink over green! Blend up strawberries, raspberries, half a banana, some almonds (almonds impart a non dairy lush creaminess), a dusting of chia, a few sprigs of rosemary, (it works trust me). Blend and drink! Full of tummy filling goodness.
