Pizza Margherita

Ingredients

3 x pizza bases – I like Lebanese bread

Topping

Jar tomato pizza sauce
Tomatoes x 4
150g buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced
18 basil leaves plus extra to serve
Extra virgin olive oil

Method

1. Preheat oven to 220 deg.
2. Spread each base with 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
3. Divide toppings evenly into three. Top base with mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with oil.
4. Transfer to oven and cook for about 15 mins or to your liking.
5. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
