Summertime bruschetta

Grab a bunch of vegies. I used cherry tomatoes, cucumber and capsicum, chop sort of finely. Drizzle over some balsamic glaze, olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Then grab some crusty bread, slice finely and toast under the grill. Top with your vegie mix, goats cheese and basil leaves. Serve with a chilled bottle of white wine.
